I went to see this because the commercials looked good.

THIS MOVIE SUCKED! Like, this should have gone straight to video, SUCKED. No, no...the Sci-Fi channel should have taken it for one of their horrendous Saturday night Sci-Fi originals.

I had no idea Jason Behr was in it. I felt so bad for him. Everyone around him were just terrible actors. The only other "worth mentioning" was Chris Mulkey and "maybe" Michael Shamus Wiles (who was on Angel btw as "the spanker" in Conviction. You know...Angel had no problem spanking men!)

Too much time was taken on the back story and not enough on "present" time. There were elements that just had me laughing out loud and shaking my head. The "love" story happened TOO fast as the main characters were kissing an hour after they meet each other (I was hoping the dragon would eat them both and end my misery). The graphics were awful and just....DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY TO SEE THIS. Don't rent it on video. Don't watch it on cable (it should make its appearance next month) it would be a waste of 2 hours of your life.

Anyway, that is just...my two cents

Subject:	I'M A HOMEOWNER!!

OK...in about 30 days when I close, but a homeowner nonetheless. I am excited, anxious, and scared.

I'm excited because I'll FINALLY be moving out of the ghetto. I am tired of the shootings, murders, and rapes in my neighborhood. There has been a murder and two rapes in the past year in the complex where I live. Both rapes happened two weeks ago. I am tired of waking up on a Saturday to my neighbors playing their music so loud it vibrates my windows.

I am anxious because these will probably be the longest 30 days ever. I am also anxious to move my kids to a home with a yard. I'm just ready for all of it to be over...all papers signed so I can move my family.

I am scared...mortgage. My mortgage will be twice as much as I am paying for my four bedroom apartment. Yes, my hubby and I have it covered, but I am hearing and reading about the real estate problems in the US and in my area. It's all so scary.

GO ME!!! oh..and the hubby of course.

I posted an entry to my LJ August 21 asking any and every one to take a look at my three icons (at LJ) and let me know if one was created by you. purplefeen acutally saw the pic I use here at IJ and let me know. Please please please, take a look to let me know if you (or someone you know) created the three pics I use.

I let Purplefeen know that I did not mean to not credit her. I just forgot to write down the name of the creator when I saved the images to my computer.

Its almost September 1 and I've only just started with my Bring On The Porn fic. Its only semi porn though and I will need a beta reader. Damn...

And I am on the verge of droping out of school. I am 36 years old and have 27 more hours to receive my Bachelors degree, but DAMN those books are expensive. I just paid $92.00 for a CD...yeap, you read it right A FRICKING CD for a class. Then another $121.00 for an Economics book. $210 for a CD and a book. There is no damn justice in trying to get an education. The textbook folks know damn well that you have to buy the books, so I'm sure they are charging the highest price possible. On top of that tutition went up. Oh wait, never mind about that, I work for the University I attend so they pay for it. But that's beside the point...

Grrr school.

On September 1,all of fandom here on IJ posts a piece of art or writing that has somesort of smut factor. It can be implied, it can be graphic, it can beraunchy (I vote for this one *cheeky grin*), it just needs to be.

Why?

Because after all the censorship issues, fandom needs to bring back the p0rn!
